How angry can games make u?

I can get pretty pissed if i screw up one one plase many times or if there is something i cant find.

Argh.. that pisses me off alot, but it never goes further than just shutting down the game. In rage.
 
I never get mad when I'm playing around people, but if I'm on my own I'll get pretty mad. At my computer I usually just smash my fist into the desk, usually accompanied with a swear word and be done with it, but if I'm playing on a console I'll scream and shout and take it out on a cushion or something. Ninja Gaiden has caused many incidents like this ;)
 
Frustration often makes me more violent that actual anger...

The british levels of CoD often get me pissed, one because they are ****ing hard, the first mission where you have to suppress the bunkers i was only recently able to get through that w/ more that 25% of my squad. But the the day level of pegasus bridge. Some guy with the MP44 would always sneak up on me and kill me with threes shots everytime. It was really starting to piss me off.

I think i actually screamed "You mother ****ing bastard how the **** are you supposed to beat the ****ing level when your mother****ing allies have the thumbs up the ****ing asses and can't ****ing kill shit!"

hah, I remember the bridge... ****ing tanks!
 
The tank were easy. The flak gun easily killed them. But there was only one guy to guard you back while you were on the thing, and i don't think he was all there mentally. I've actually had a guy come up behind me and start using his melee attack while i was on the flak gun.
 
man, i remember playing gta3 and i totally abused my keyboard, just those missions that are timed and ****ing impossible......i really don't want to talk about it

I don't swear, so I just say something like "God dangit how the heck do I beat this!!!"
 
im usually pretty lax when it comes to getting anygry... e.g. i never really punch anything.

i am more of a spiritual guy rather than powerful and AGNRY!!!

but if i buy HL2 only to find it wont work on my PC, i will kill every living being on this earth.

The coward camping mother****ers in Call of Duty, cant they just use the rifle like everybody else and i ask why the **** the server admins diable the ****ing sniper shit in C*nt ****ing hell.

Hmmm, getting angry when playing games...


The only times I have ever got mad playing games are when I am playing an online game and there is a cheater.

Or much much worse in my opinion a team killer. They annoy the hell out of me. Really they do... the thought of the little bastards make me want to beat the crap outa my monitor.....


But I wont. ;)
 
I shove the tray that holds my keyboard in when I get really angry, but I haven't done that in a while. BTW, I've lost two sets of headphones and I broke a microphone and fixed it with tape. :naughty:
 
I alaways smack on my keyboard when i get angry and throw my monitor away. Nah just kidding. Too bad i lost my link of 1 guy who is playing CS and gets killed, picks up his monitor and throws it away :p
 
Need for Speed 3 on ps 1 pissed me off so much cause once u crash u have no chance of catching up ...and it just anoys me so ill chuck the controller against the wall

Back in my console days "Before teh interweb" I always remember being violent with the game cartridges.
There was one time i started up the mower and ran over pilotwings. ...never played that again.

Now I just punch my computer case. I broke a fan inside the case from punching it to hard. Ive also broken mics....headphones speakers. Cds. jewel cases. etc etc etc.
 
Jeez, you lot seriously need anger management sessions or something.

Though I admit I do get angry at all of my console games, I've never broken anything.

I almost threw my mx700 wireless mouse against a wall.Oh and the game was CS....
 
You know that cs nerd flash move, where he screams ?, I screamed like that when I kept dying in HL :eek: lol
 
I hurled a moue against the wall when some code didn't work.
The mice nearby were not nearby for long :)
But I got the mouse to work again...alas the buttons are easy to pull off and sometimes the click sounds weird.

CS made me smack two keys off my keyboard once...
It was the CS I tell you! It can posses people!

Ive broken joypads before by stamping on or throwing them. Also i punch my (crt) monitor too much which usually ****s up my knuckles but it gets the aggression out. The thing i get angry about most often is ai cheating in games or the computer/internet being slow or acting weird. Come to think of it ive slammed my modem against the ground (not too hard) and kicked it a couple of times too.
 
I dont get that angry. I mean, I get angry, but I dont start damaging my own equipment. ...course, the only time I get angry is when I play Console Games...

But when it comes down to Counter-Strike, Natural-Selection, or Day of Defeat. I Rarely get mad. Evar.
 
I find them more relaxing actually. If I get to the pissed off "can't kill/pass this part" I just check cheats and/or walktrough.
 
I get angry when I encounter a bug...and it causes me to die or lose. Then I'll usually slam my fist onto the chair/desk.

I've never gotten so angry that I damage equipment. I have however gotten scared enough to drop the controller, jump back and flip my chair over while I sat inside it. That was a painful day.
 
I remember punching my monitor, really ****ing hard once, and bruising a knuckle x_x

When a singleplayer game frustrates me, i close it, because im so rubbish and i dont have much patience for playing a piece through and through again... such as tjhe first part of a chapter on far cry or halo then il close and play whenever i feel like it again. Same with all my games really. Which is probably why i dont game or play endlessly through a game all the way through like some do, i take it bit by bit slowly and enjoy the small snippets in the day il get.

I used to play cs and get annoyed when i did badly, then i realised how bad the game was for my familly living with me, it'd put me in really bad moods and games shouldnt do that, so i dont play cs anymore.
 
The last game to piss me off, was Counter strike 1.6. Somebody is using aimbot which is a bit advanced than the one I use and I am just getting owned by him. Cheater got owned by a cheater :D
 
CS used to make me angry when weird shit happened like headshots through walls etc etc....I smashed my first PS2 up, smashed up a PS1 dual analog controller by repeatedly jumping on it in anger, incidently, both these was over a GAME :|

TBH games are still quite stress relieving to me, however, PC hardware is the exact opposite >.< I've kicked my pc while it was on, knocking my graphics card clean out of the locked-AGP-slot and my soundcard, leaving it dinted badly (and my foot hurting!) just because a £10 Network card would'nt work :O

Thats actually one of the reasons i stopped using a cordless mouse and got myself one on a lead!.
