I can I change the Windows Menu Bar in two different style?

I have been searching for programme which changes the menu on the Internet. But I can get nothing.

I am using windows XP

Yes, but not the style which I is already in the Windows(i.e. not green or silver)

A program called Windows Blinds can do that. A quick search should turn up some nice results. It's not too hard to use either.
