How do i install the Korina model into Garrysmod?

How do you install it into Garrysmod?

I have no idea what you're talking about but I imagine you put it in the E:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\SourceMods\garrysmod\models folder.

Extract the korin folder into Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\SourceMods\garrysmod\
now navigate into the korin folder and you should see two directories (materials and models)
Copy or Cut them from the korin folder and take one step back to the garrys mod folder (this folder should contain two similar directories materials and models)
paste the two directories you copied from the korin folder and let it over-write any models with similar name (this will be alyx and female_04 or similar)
now in garrys mod spawn character > alyx. That ought to work.
