How do I sell my WoW account

I am aware blizzard doesn't want people selling their accounts. However I know that it is still done.

Help me. what should i do? just stop playing the account and forget about this stuff? I just can't do that you see. WTS!


I'm interested in selling my account. Anyone do this before or have any info or advice?

I spent a little while searching websites. I don't know if i should trust anyone to send me the money-also i was quoted only about $400 for my entire account, when i saw on other sites lvl 60s for about $500 each. how could i seperate my characters? i could put some more time in and have 3 level 60s. So how do i make sure i don't get robbed? Also, should i try to sell some of the unequiped armor? like for example my lvl 35 mage (gonna miss her) has like 8 lvl 49-57 epic items in the bank that will be excellent for her to equip when she gets a higher level- but i could auction it for 1000's of gold

Here is a general description of what I have. Tell me what you would do

I have about 9000g and about 7000g (i guess) in epic and rare items never been equiped (example lvl 57 epic necklace haven't equiped yet)

I also have lvl 300 profession x2 on half of these characters
and about over Fifty-five 16 slot bags

I don't know if there's a guaranteed way not to get screwed and I have no idea if you can split up characters from your accounts...but people sell accounts on Ebay still. You just have to state that you're selling your "time" you spent on the game because technically you don't own the character.

Wrong place to ask for a variety of reasons

1. this is a half-life forum, we dont have answers to your questions
2. discussion of activities violating a game's EULA is frowned upon here, and you can expect this thread to be closed

I personally, do not have a problem with you selling your WoW account - more power to you I say.. but this is not the place to ask questions about it. Take it to a Guild forum or a fansite.
