How do u know when it starts preloading?

Will it appear in games list? Do I haft to restart steam? I have CZ so I should get it but I dont know the signs.

He's asking what he has to do to get it to preload, or will it preload on its own if he just leaves steam on. This personally I cannot answer, but would like to know also.

I'll post the news there when it starts preloading - when that happens you need to restart Steam.

It's obvious they are preparing for the preload, even if it hasn't begun yet.
