Assuming you have Steam, close it (right click, exit). Reopen it, check tools section at bottom, et viola!

No it's not htat Interloper.... They offer Hammer for free, but why give them Hammer when they can do nothing with it, such as don't have CS:S and can't compile and run.....

Well I wouldn't say they were bitchin, more like they are confused on why they didn't get it... but it's obvious if you think about it..
