How do you create a pointfile?

Im a newbie at hammer and i want to search for a leak in my map (hammer) but when i click load pointfile i can't find my maps pointfile so how do you create one for your map?:thumbs: thanks for your help..

Does your map have a leak? I thought pointfiles were automatically generated by the compile tools when there's a leak.
