For a canker sore I've found swishing salt water can help.

For a cancer sore an immediate visit to the doctor would be advisable.

They make a gel that you can purchase in any drug store that aids in canker sore relief. If you find you get them frequently you should investigate the ingredients in items you frequent.

I used to get canker sores so severe I would have issues eating and talking sometimes. I mean sore on top of sore. I will saev you the details but I found that an ingredient in Pepsi and Colgate two products I used faithfully were causing my sores. I have not used those products in 5 years and I have 0 canker sores as a result.

way i do it, is take a pair of nail clippers.

grab.. dont cut the thing totaly.

then rip it out. yes its painfull when you grab the thing, but as soon as you pull it out.. no pain, at all.
