How do you see your FPS while playing?

Quick dumb question......but how do you see what your FPS is while playing?

Actually, SixThree, I believe net_graph 3 is a better choice. 1 shows statistics in a line graph. 3 shows the FPS, In/out, Choke, etc...

cl_showfps 1 works just as well, and ONLY shows FPS and map name...

I'll be getting a 6600 gt tonight for christmas, So I am curious to see how much of an upgrade it will be from my geforce 4 4200ti.
