How far am I?

I heard valve say that ravenholm was like the half way point through the game. Ive gotten there in about 3 hours or so.... if it is really half way through the game I don't want to go any farther. I would hate to beat this in 6 or 7 hours...

In Eli's lab, did you see the newspaper clippings about the 7 Hour War? The photo of Alyx's mother and Eli explains what happened if you look at it?

There's a ton of stuff like that. If you didn't see those two you probably are missing a lot of storyline information (it isn't directly spoken to you, you gotta find out via exploration)

If you did see all that, you seem to be doing well along and just playing kinda fast. Took me longer to get there. Hehe.

yeah that was cool how he comes up to you and explains after you look at her picture. Did you see the g-man on the tv screen inside that metal container where the alien and freedom fighter guy are?

in hl 1 you are awlys seeing the g-man a couple steps in front of you behind glass and you are chaseing him that was pretty fun

Everyone knows about the Gman in the TV one, once you jump down you have like 6 secs to see it, hard to miss

I don't want to give any spoilers but the 2 hardest parts your gonna encounter are when you have to hold down an area from swarms of combine. Other than that, it's a breeze.

Yeah, the parts after Ravenholm are much longer and honestly I think much better so have fun ...1/3 is prolly about how far you are.
