can anyone please tell em how i chack if im over clocking
and how to run a memory test

Please don't think I am picking on you.

Have you, or anyone who has looked at your computer, ever been in the BIOS? That is where you would overclock the CPU. If you don't know what I am talking about then I would predict that your cpu is NOT overclocked.

Aida 32 is an older program but I seem to like it. It also has a memory test.

There is a 99.9% chance that you are not overclocking. Also to run a memoery test you should download this: http://www.memtest86.com/ and follow the intructions, although if you have not had any problem with your computer there is really no need run memtest.
