i can do 10 pullups..
 
I haven't tried in a while, but the last I tried was 15.

Reckon I could manage 5, lawls. My gut would probably get in the way a bit now...
 
Christ knows. I haven't attempted a pull-up in years. I can only presume that right now it would only be about 2 or 3 because I've never really had a lot of upper body strength.
 
Last I tried for my max with standard, palms facing away grip, with arms slightly wider than shoulder width (good form for lat development), I did 25.
 
A negligible amount.
 
It says something about my health that I misconstrued the meaning of a pullup.

Make my 5 into a 2 or 3 :)
 
25 or 30rps a set then work down five each progressive set

ie: 1st set = 30, 2nd set = 25, 3rd set = 20 etc
 
I once managed 200, with my belly literally burning after it. On an average workout, 100 i go for.

40, but my sport of choice (kayaking) would help that.
 
im beginning to reel with envy. okay, how long do you ppl take to run 2.4 km as well added in. mine clocks at 10mins at 15s
 
probably a good amount, but I can do 10 cock push-ups though...

Bro, I need to train some more for soccer but I just get lazy. I usually go a steady 6.5 mi/h for 2 miles. I haven't done a lifting workout in a while.
 
Eh... I can generally do 10-15 without too much trouble. Then I get bored.
 
why do peoples guys hurt after pull ups, wtf XD

Pull ups use the bar, right? about 15-20. Never get any stomach pains tho :\
 
I haven't tried in awhile, but I'm guessing around 10 or so.

Haven't done pull-ups since high-school gym lessons :O

Can do sit-ups 10 at a time
 
The most I've done is 25, but I've ever worked on them.

Where I really excel is 1-arm push ups; I can probably do 60 right now easy (been slacking), but the most I've ever done is 85.
 
Oh my god.. I literally sit at home all damn day, and only do work when I need to, and I can do about 45, and I'm still called weak.

Just to be sure, pull-ups are where you grab a bar, and just pull yourself up so your chin is past the bar, then lower yourself back down, and that counts as 1, right?

Yes. A bunch of people have been misunderstanding this, thinking that "pull-up" means "sit-up", of which I did 300 in a row when I was 16.

As for pullups, I think I can manage 20 or so, same with pushups. Situps, though, are where I truly shine, I can do hundreds at a time. I literally haven't worked out for four years though, so I don't understand how this is possible.
 
Pull-ups? I can manage about 2. I'm fairly built too, not saying I have abs the size of Schwarzenegger left testicle but they are just painful.
