Yes. A bunch of people have been misunderstanding this, thinking that "pull-up" means "sit-up", of which I did 300 in a row when I was 16.Oh my god.. I literally sit at home all damn day, and only do work when I need to, and I can do about 45, and I'm still called weak.
Just to be sure, pull-ups are where you grab a bar, and just pull yourself up so your chin is past the bar, then lower yourself back down, and that counts as 1, right?
