How much sleep do u need?

About 6-7 hours on weekdays, 10-12 on weekends \o/
 
I prefer to get my good 8 hours sleep in because thats healthy but i normally end up getting less.


You know, your brain shrinks if you are deprived of sleep. There are so many problems that arise when you have awkward sleeping patterns and lack of sleep.
 
Got 5 hours last night... I'm actually not that sleepy right now!
And when I got at school I found out that we had the first lesson off... ****ERS!!! WHY DIDN'T THEY TELL ME
 
I try to pass my day like the encient soviet monks did. THey woke up at 6 AM, then prayed and worked till 12 noon and went ot sleep untill 13:00. After, they worked and prayed again. They went ot sleep at 1 night. So by sleeping one hour during the day you save up and regenerate enough energy to compensate a few hours of night slumber.

I hear that the best sleep pattern is to have about seven hours sleep, then a siesta nap at about midday.

I tried a 'siesta' today, fell asleep, then woke up at midnight.

Gotta tell you it's kind of unnerving having breakfast under a full moon.

Actually having a siesta is great, but its kinda hard in the middle of a lesson to just say "Right, im off. Time for my 2 hour longs dinner and then an hours sleep."
 
One day after Physical Education I was playing Max Payne II, I had just got it and I was really excited about the physics, but suddenly the text was all blurry like the one below...
It was awful, I couldn't see shit, so I looked around and there was this motion blur on my vision...so of course I was hit by migraine!
Ever tried it? It's god damn awful!
So I went to sleep at 3 PM and woke up at about 7 PM and it was wonderful! It was all dark outside and dinner was ready! I'll start doing more aggressive Physical Education from now on so I can a legal siesta...

Hahaha, what do you mean? My constant screaming and shouting or what?
 
I need at least 6-7 to be somewhat functional during the day, if I actually want to be awake I need 8-9 hours. More in the weekends of course, usually at least 9-10.
 
Ok. I've been sick the last three days (weekend, jippiii :rolleyes: ) and today when I'm going to start going to school again, my sleep screwed up. I've slept somewhere between 50 and 10 minutes (somewhere between 6 and 7).

I'm officially fudged. It feels like my throat's on fire, my body is made of jello, and that my bed that used to be so comfy is my worst enemy.



Someone comfort me!! hold me!! I'm going to die in school today!! And I do really kinda have to go!! ;(



What should I do when I get home for optimum snoreage?? I can't sleep for 9 hrs straight when I get home from school, tonight will be screwed if I do that.. But I'm betting I'll collapse if I don't get some rest before 10pm tonight...

I'm telling ya, it's sooooo much better to just stay awake the whole night, than get like 20 minutes of sleep... (Atleast if you're not sick like a dog... )
