Having to brush your teeth and getting a rash?

My skin would get red and swollen and itchy. Usually start on my chin, moving up to my nose and to my eyes. It sucks real bad. So I don't use toothpaste.

Twice a day and I also use interdental brushes which is much better than floss.

If you don't use interdental brushes, it's highly likely that you have gingivitis.

I only ever use my interdental toothbrush when I've got chunk of annoying food stuck in the wire of my brace. My orthodontist probably expects me to use it more than I do, though!

Once a day, but embarassingly, I've been slacking lately. I use mouthwash too before I go out somewhere. Haven't been to a dentist in like three years either.
