How old is Gman?

Now that we have a hi-res version of him to look at, can anyone guess is probable age? I noticed some white hairs for starters. I wonder if we can guess how much time has passed since HL1 by comparing the age of both versions of Gman.

I don't think he ages, he's not human (but develops blackheads on his nose?) , cuz look at the one black scientist then look at his current one, he had a full black head of hair then and now its filled with gray, the gman has approximately the same amount of wrinkles etc.

You know when I saw the .mov video, I though they made him younger. Now he looks old, about 60 or so.

It's done on purpose. Listen to what he says at the end of HL1. I especially like the "personal holocaust!" part.
