How the hell do I stop these retarded e-mails?

I use hotmail. What's wrong with it? I can send and recieve e-mails. I also don't get any spam because I don't give my e-mail to things that would spam me :/

I access my gmail through thunderbird (imap). I make it save my emails in case I'm offline.

I always get loads of spam on my gmail account.

It just all goes into the spam folder, so I never notice and it builds up and then I delete it with a few clicks.

Theres a "delete all" button in the spam box, so you can delete it all with just one click!

Hotmail is fine as long as you are using an @msn.com address. Otherwise use gmail.

**** you, underage piece of shit. Don't make a stupid thread and then be a total ****ing dickwad when I give you a serious piece of advice. Get a gmail account you annoying little twat, or shut your cock sucker.

Holy christ Pesmerga chill the **** out already

gmail is the answer kid, if you dont have the patience for dealing with spam

I rarely use either of my email accounts, but Gmail is definately the best for blocking spam. (It also seems to attract way more spam, but whatever...)

Just a note to Xen;

My very own father had a custom email address for his company. However, owning an email address affiliated with his company, he was getting a lot of spam. I informed him of Google Mail's prevalent ability of filtering spam, and eventually, after other failed attempts, decided to take my advice. He set up his email account to forward emails to a new Gmail account and then back out to his email client (I believe he used filthy Outlook). It worked like a charm. His spam was reduced to almost none. And I myself have only had one or two spam emails in the past six months. I don't recall getting any at all in February.

Here endeth my testament.

This is just one example of the millions of people in our world today who have come across the life-saving Google Mail and have listened to its word. Believe and you will be saved.

Okay then, but what about using MSN? I guess I'd still have to sign in on my Hotmail account...?

No. You can sign up to an msn "passport" which means you can sign into msn with your email account. It's not that complicated. I'd say even my mother did it, but she wimped out and got a hotmail address (she had a ntlworld one).

If you want I can help you out with setting it up.
