How To Burn Memtest86 To Cd?

I downloaded the Memtest86 v3.2 ISO image (zip) from www.memtest86.com When i extract the folder theres a file thats .img and .cat Now I don't know what do to from there. Is theres some program that burns bootable cds?

i used roxio, and burnt the image file (.iso).
anything will work fine. search for Nero on google

Yeah use google or contact your computer manufacturer and they will give u a software to burn it
