How to extract the sounds from the .GCF file???

Hi guys,

Can someone explain me how to extract the CS:S PLAYERS sound from the .GCF file... The reason why I'm doing this is since I'm from Quebec, my primary language is french. So I've installed Steam in french and automatically, CS:S is in french... But I just hate how it sound in french ... So I want to keep my Steam Menu/CS:S Menu in french but I want the CS:S players sounds in english!

I'm sure there is a way to extract the original players sounds from the .gcf file and copy them in my cstrike folder with Hex Workshop But I don't know how to do it...

EDIT: Concerning my question about CS:S. I found the awser. I need GCFScape to extract the sounds but now I'm facing another problem. How do I create a .GCF file???
