how to get into steam folder at a cyber cafe to take out the screenshot u took?

You could probably hit CTRL-Alt-Del to bring up taskmanager, then do File -> Run... You then browse to the folder, copy the SS, in the textbox type in your FTP or whatever.

Otherwise, in the new task dialog box, type in cmd.exe, that'll open command prompt, you can copy stuff that way too.
