How to make different names in source?

I was wondering how to make your name look all cool like I see alot of people doing?

Is numlock on? Are you using the keypad, no the numbers on the top?

I tried that, but it just makes it block text again.

I opened up charmap. Copied and pasted all the characters into word to form my name...copied from there into CS:S.

It's awesome being able to have a Japanese name if I want, even though I think you could do it in 1.6, ah well.
