i have a pen 4 2.66 GHz

2) Plug in clock around your computer (or insert battery).
3) Put clock radio above processor.

I recommend going to the nearest nuclear power plant facility and stealing some plutonioum 239. That will make an excellent substitute power source until you get your problem under control.
