How to: turn off cheats

Sorry for this dumb question :dork: but how do you toggle a cheat off? I switched to God mode to get-by a frustrating section in the game but I now want to revert to normal mode.

turn off god mode (just type god or god 0 )

then type sv_cheats 0

Yep that is how i would do it.
NOTE: (0= off 1=On) In the console
