How will it run on my system

I recently found out I can play HL2 offline so now I can actually play it(my "good" computer connection is really messed up and doesn't work)! I have a Intel celeron D processor running at 2.6667 GHz and 64MB(but actually around 67) intel graphics card I think its running at 200MHz. I only have 503MBs of RAM though. Will it run ok on this system? The demo was either really choppy(4-10fps) or "good"(40-60fps) and the advanced video setting caused it to crash. I was wondering if that is because it was a demo or is something wrong with my hardware(compatibility, not problems)? My GFX card does not have Pixel Shader and my comp was made for as a desktop, not a gaming comp so it doesn't have any of those special things. I want to know before I make the purchase. I think I'll pass on the PC version and get it for XBOX if my comp can't play it very well(if at all), but I'll miss the console and mods...

You should be able to run it but unfortunately I think you'll have to have it on lower settings to reduce the strain on your pc.

I had an Intel onboard card with 64mb. Get rid of it. I got HL2 the day it was released, and until I upgraded it simply kept crashing
