If it's the religious that are so bad, how are you any better by pointing out what you see to be flaws? Sorry, I just get tired of people always poking fun at us. We're humans, too. I've stood rather quietly while getting made fun of.(threads, tv shows, radio, posters, games, movies, etc) I think it's about time I stop. :|

lol didnt mean to offend. I too get sad when love ones pass, but I just always found it odd, especially after reading the Christian quote "To the saved, death is life".

I would say i mourn the death of someone, partly because I'm sad that i can't be with them(at least for the time being), but also because, even though this world isnt perfect, there is a lot of potential for enjoyment and good in it, i just don't like to see people miss out on that.

I wasnt aiming that comment at you qck, the one about hopes and dream.

I think my idea of perfect is different to yours, and perhaps the dictionary definition to. When i speak of perfection, you have to look at the conext really. What i was saying before is that in the perfect world, you will always be faced with new challenges and new things. People imagine immortality to be dull because eventually you will have done everything, but in a perfect world, you can never run out of things to do and youdont have to get bored of things. Its difficult to explain really but i just think that if we did in fact live in a perfect world, then we wouldnt get bored and we wouldnt have a need to kill. As far as playing violent games and watching violent films, well i just dont know...

When i was talking about hopes and dreams, i was basically saying that if you imagine perfect to be boring, then what do you think of your future prospects? You can never achieve perfection in your lifetime, so how boring and painful do you expect your life to be?
I think that this is a case of different deffinitions, obviously i see perfect as something different to you in this instance...
