Hunting for fan

Can anyone recommend me a 40mm led fan that is quiet? Quiet, I mean as quiet as PS3 fan.

Are ones with 30 dba silent?

20dba would be pretty quiet (not silent).

Are you replacing a PS3 fan or just want one that quiet?

FYI PS3 fans would be rated much louder than you'd think. When they run in the system they are set for a very low setting. If you run a fan test on the PS3 they spin up very loud.

UK only though.

www.newegg.com lists the noise levels of their fans in decibels.

Even if you don't buy from them, you could find the one you want and search for it somewhere else.

The smaller the fan the louder, no matter how you slice it. Unless you operate in quiet mode, then they won't move much air.
