I always laugh at midgets and dwarves.

I think i'm not a bad person but every time i see a midget or dwarf i start smiling and fight to control myself from bursting into a hysterical fit of laughter.

It's not fair. They're simply humans and don't deserved to be laughed at. I don't know why i can't control myself in the presence of a midget but it's a real problem.

I saw a group of them the other week and had to literally run away.

I THINK that dwarves have a condition where they have 'odly shaped' features, like big heads compared to their small bodies, and midgets are just really short but all in proportion, but im not 100% sure

Midgets just have smaller legs and arms, but normal body size, so errr.... "everything" is in proportion, in theory cause I never seen "everything" (thank God/Allah/Gabe whatever your god is).

But it isn't a healthy condition, they have serious health problems, so I feel very sorry for them. I know one, cool guy, but has big problems and even had to use a wheelchair.

Yeah, I went to Anvilmar and Ironforge on my expidition to Dun Morogh, those Dwarves really know how to tell jokes and party.
