it's amazing how far we've come in 20 odd short years ..we're actually taken seriously by the art community ...it took almost 50 years for the same thing to happen to the comic book industry (think Roy Lichtenstein)

I do, it detracts from the quality of the painting by making it look cheap.

sigh ..I bet you my pc, xbox and every single game I've ever bought ...and I'll even throw in my 2 cars and my house ..that you wouldnt know how to make a critical analysis of a work of art if your life depended on it ...watch what you say now, cuz I taught fine arts for 7 years ...everything to you is all about the visceral, there's no such thing as abstraction or subtly to you

that was my point ..art is never about initial reaction (unless it's an installation ..why do you think people at museums stand and look at a work of art for long periods of time?

Pretty cool stuff there. The nude Peach one is just cheap, maybe if it was good art it would be better.. but I can draw better then that, and I cant draw
