It's not necessarily, but we don't know what's in the future for us. Hetairia was a major part of our internet lives and this has pretty much ruined it. It's really, really sad about what's happened actually because it takes so much fun away from it, and now we have to deal with a trillion people asking us about it and why they're not in, etc.

Probably if you're banned temporarily, as in suspended, then circumventing it would make the ban permanent. Otherwise it's pretty pointless. Foxtrot was banned permanently, to the best of my knowledge.
