I demand a secrifice!

Steam users: Half-Life 2 will be unlocked on Steam on November 16th as well. Unless of course any retailer breaks the street date and puts it out on shelves sooner, then Steam will unlock Half-Life 2 sooner

Anyone who works for Best Buy, Circuit City, Gamestop, Electronics Boutique, or another company that will get the game...

well if you play 2 hours a day, you have to play 9 days to complete it. Since almost everyone will finish it 3 times or sometimes ( there's so much to do with the physics and all and more -- lip sync tool, Hammer, making your own house with map editor, SDK, etc) You won't hear from the average player...mm..let's say 3 weeks - before they take a 10 minutes break to go to hl2.net, and then go away for another 3 weeks
