thats just my opinion tho, some elements of religion is ok eg buddhism which is a way of life , like living by a set of rules. which if everyone to follow the world would be a better place, with out the crap, but that isnt going to happen unless u give me an eradicator ray.

Any religion is a way of life you prune. I'm pretty sure most of them have a set of rules to live by :|
 
If you think about it, the entire message sort of contradicts itself. They're saying Jesus will only come when nobody expects him..but at the same time, they're getting ready for him to come. You could look at it this way, they expect him, but they keep saying he'll only come when nobody expects him.

Well, without derailing the thread into something religious... since its merely a humor thread and as it should remain(what... think i'm too uptight to find something like this silly/funny too?).

But... there's a difference between what you say. It's quite possible for somebody to arrive unexpected when in fact you are aware of the fact he will be coming.

For example. Say you have a relative. They phone you up and say, "Hey, i'm going to come visit some day". You respond in the affirmative. You're then aware that they are planning to visit someday, but are entirely unsure when and thus will be caught off guard when the time comes.

The next day at 3 AM in the morning they show up... which is rather unexpected.


Anyways. I was just going on about the technicalities of it all, since you seemed to think it was contradictive. I've avoided all the religious bits since this thread doesn't need their presence, even though its about a religious situation.
 
This kindof stuff scares the shit outof me. And not in a 'when will Jesus come' kindof way
