I don't get subtitles

Hello everybody

I have bougt yesterday the orange box (dutch edition), so I've installed steam and Episode One yet. Everything went fine, mainscreen is in Dutch, but when I play the game and Alyx is talking to me I don't see the subs of the conversation while the option is activated?

Anyone knows what's the problem?

I also have a 2nd question: how can I change the game language to English without reinstalling the game?

to change language to english right click on the steam ep2 icon, go to properties, go to language and choose.
as for the subtitles, do they need to be enabled somehow?
