Maybe the thermostat(isnt that what they're called?) is broken. Happened to me and i replaced it with one of the somewhat illegal Mercury filled ones. Perfect temp now. Mercury is best for temperature setting.

Actually, anything about 70 F is hot to me too, but right now, I got a massive fever, and headache, and all that stuff...so yeah, anything under 100 F is cold
