So, I signed up like, July LAST year, when the game was still coming out September 30th...
I've only made one other post - but don't be fooled - I've visited here almost everyday since to keep up with the news and see what's going on.
So why only one post?
My mother once told me "If you don't have anything worthwhile/nice to say, don't say anything".
And sure enough I would find that:
A) Someone had already posted exactly what my opinion was, I don't need to 'double up'
B) People were saying such insanely stupid things that I couldn't trust myself not to post and say "You sir, are an idiot".
At any rate today I felt like posting so I'll get that off my chest.
Oh and the reason I went to find my password was so I could login and see the pics of the Gold Package

Speaking of that thread, here's an example of 'B' above;
Some chap in the thread says "Just post snippets from the soundtrack, I don't think that's illegal."
How do you people refrain from replying with something like:
"You don't think it's illegal or you just don't think at all?
That's the whole point of a COPYRIGHT! If you could get around copyrights by just posting 'snippets' don't you think every website in the world would be legally posting 'snippets' of games and movies? And that people would have posted scans of the reviews with a few lines missing - it's only a 'snippet'!?
Anyway I'm calm.
We've been waiting a year and a half for this I guess I'm just a little angsty.
And on that note, here's something else I wanna get off my chest!
It comes out in the MIDDLE of my exams! Meaning I "shouldn't" play it until the 23rd after my last exam. Sucks to be me.
And in the spirit of getting things off my chest, (let me preface this by saying I'm about as big a HL2 fan as they come):
I'm convinced Halo 2 will be winning the all-formats game of the year awards, on account of the fact it has a great single player + an insanely comprehensive multiplayer - and even if HL2's single player is better it just ain't gonna topple it, based on this fact.
And you 'anti Halo 2' fans should calm down, they're BOTH gonna be great, you don't needa only play one! Do what I'm gonna do - buy an Xbox lol!
Anyway, wonder if it'll take another year til my 3rd post.
