You're capturing the app and the color key, not hte video stream. If you want to capture directshow feeds you need to turn off hardware acceleration in your video card options. Typically it's a slider under the 'troubleshoot' option of your monitor settings. That will force the video stream to be rendered (along with the rest of what you see on the sceen) by your processor only. If you have a slow processor the video may seem choppy. Go to the point where you want to take your pic and prnt scrn it. Set your video hardware acceleration back when done.
