I got a Half-Life 2 T-Shirt

As the thread title says, I got a Half-Life 2 T-Shirt. All I did was ask really nicely to the nice people at Valve. This just goes to show you how the generosity (sp?) of Valve is overlooked because of the controversy surrounding the game.

So yeah, Valve rocks, man.

my brothers friend had his cd key in use and steam wouldnt let him play. he emailed valve, and after proving he bought it, with a pic i think, they gave him a new cd key, deactivated the old one, and sent him a free t-shirt. valve rules. i dont know any other developer that does that.
