I'll admit I don't know what the neo-cortex does, but I know it has to do with the cerebral cortex. Explain? I like learning new things.

As for nature counting on us to develop certain things. Well, I wonder if nature counted on humans to develop racism lol.

The neo cortex, I believe, is the part of the brain, near the back, that essentially makes us different from apes. It made us human.

I think nature has a lot of explaining to do, dont u?
