And it hurt. I hit it off the table because I was listening to the radio and somebody requested a song which seems to be following me lately.

Is there anything which seems to follow you? Like a song, advert, logo, person...? Does anything seem to be in more places that you are than it should be?

Things seem to follow me around, usually songs which just play on the TV in the background or something. They follow me for about 4 months then fade away, sometimes longer.

This ever happen to you?

I always tend to look at digital clocks at 22:22 a lot.

Thats another thing, I never look at the dashboard clock on my 360 exactly on the hour except at midnight so it shows 00:00. No, the clock is not broken.

Many years ago in a class in high school me and two mates were sitting around and just chatting amongst ourselves. One of them, call him person A said something while myself and person B were talking. We didn't really notice what he said. Next thing we know he had headbutted the table.

Madness.

It happens to me all the time. I was looking up Penumbra once and now it seems it pops up everywhere I look.

When I was younger and I learn a word with a completely new meaning, I'd notice it around me for a week or two.

I doubt it was actually following me, though.

Whenever I wake up recently, I've had this one deftones song stuck in my head, but only until after I've showered.

So, do you usually bash your head off the table when something like this happens?

Not usually, just this time I did.

Shud up, The song was requested so I played it. And ofcourse you would of heard it alot lately its in the charts.
Psssh Idiot..

own worst enemy by lit has been following me around for the last few months. I seriously would hear it almost every day.

U guise r so silly.

It's often 3:15 whenever I check the time, which is odd because the very same thing happens to some possessed guy in a 70's horror film.

Poorly written and spoken English words follow me around wherever I go. For example, you said you bashed your head off a table, and that makes no sense. Unless you have your head separated from your body and had placed it on the table, then bashed it with your fists until it fell off, but I doubt that very much.

Also, at work, people always say words wrong. One of them says acrosst instead of across, another says heith instead of height, another says pai-pai instead of popeye (the sailor man) and says deduce instead of reduce, and says pacific instead of specific, and two people say "eye-terations" instead of iterations". Oh and a bunch of people there say "verticee" instead of vertex.

I have corrected them on every one of these, but they keep saying them wrong.

I'm sure plenty of things are 'following you' by your definition, you just only notice a few things consciously and think it's more strange than it is.

...

At any rate, I don't typically listen to the radio, and if I do it's pretty much talk or classic rock, so it doesn't really get any constantly reoccuring songs.

...

This thread reminds me of The Game.

Edit: Oh, and I do the same thing as Krnny

Throughout my Jr. and Sr. year of high school, I found myself looking at the clock almost every time 9:11 hit. Happened at football games too, I'd just whip out my cell phone and it'd be 9:11 pm.

I finished watching Gundam 00 yesterday, and now I get a phishing email from a guy named Ibrahim Haasto. The main character's last name was Ibrahim.

i notice the number 23 alot. Like, if I taking turns on a game that has lives, ill bee the 23'd one or somthing... i dunno.

What was the song?

Mein.

Just one part of it, about 3 - 4 seconds worth, over and over.

Once I'm showered, it's gone.

Cino is in my brain.

This girl on MSN keeps signing in at the same time each evening

Maybe that is the time she gets home? And why do you look at the time when a person signs in?

Whenever I learn about something new or a new word, I seem to see it pop up all the time afterwards.

Why does that always happen so often

I don't know if things follow me a lot, I'm not always that observant. But I do seem to have a lot of deja-vu type of moments.
