Well, I finally figured out who Gman is.

By using the wonderful power of technology, located at this page:

I have found out that the gman is actually either

Sadam Hussein. or John ashcroft

Now, one of the most commonly accepted terms for Gman is Government man.

The other two people, who apparently match the gman more, are not government, or ex government officials.
