Kid must have no brains at all... well not anymore.

Boy Decapitated In Rollercoaster Horror

The tragedy happened after the 17-year-old boy jumped over a pair of fences and entered a restricted area.

Authorities were investigating reports that he was trying to get back a hat he lost while riding the Batman rollercoaster in the US.

Totally worth it dude!
But it has not yet been confirmed why he scaled two 6ft fences and passed signs saying the area was off-limits and dangerous
Hmmm...
The park, Six Flags Over Georgia, said it closed the rollercoaster after the accident out of respect for the victim's family.
Oh, very respectful.

The ride is expected to re-open this week, a spokeswoman said.

The teen, from Columbia, South Carolina, was with another boy who also entered the restricted area but was not injured
Oh, so he's not the only moron? Great.

Damn it all!

I told them Batman was never meant to be released into the mortal realm!

Isn't that why they have the little cubbies in the loading station of roller-coasters? Stupid asses. I view it as natural selection. Your hat is not worth your life. Unlike with your head, you can live without a hat. -.-

Yeah, or at the least if he really, really wanted the hat back, he could have gone up to the guy who controlls the ride and been like "I lost my hat, can you stop the ride, hop the fence and get it?" I'm sure the guy would be reluctant and pissed, but I'm sure he'd probably go get it for you.

Did it say how he got decapitated? I'm not reading the thing, btw.

Reminds me of an episode of some CSI-type show where this chick went on a rollercoaster and one of the beams was a little too low on a section, and bad things happened.

How horrible, poor kid.

It's bad yes, but it's his fault. If it was some kid crossing the street, I'd have a lot more sympathy, because that sort of accident/mistake is more understandable.

But come on, He was 17 years old, he hopped two fences surrounded by danger signs. He knew he was doing something ****ing dumb.
Did it say how he got decapitated?

Read it.

If your stupid enough to hop TWO fences and ignore all the warning signs for a hat, then you deserved to die. As said before: Natural selection takes its course.

He really wasn't ahead of his game when he did that.

Bit of a head case really.

...sorry XD

"but it was a pretty hat?"

"very"

"oh my god noooo!"

That's not the way to get ahead in life.

I read this on Rx8club, and I'll say the same thing...

"Natural selection at it's finest."

When I read the title and saw that the thread was made by ZT, the first thing I though was "You twit."

I lost my hat on a ride once, luckily I kept my head and just let it go.

In terms of intelligence, you're head and shoulders above the idiot this thread is about.

Guess he'll never be the head of a major corporation.

He certainly wasn't the head of his class.

... Wow... Thank you HalfLife2.net for restoring my faith in untimely puns. :D

I remember I almost lost my hat riding the Tower of Terror at MGM in Disney World.

It was scary, but luckily I grabbed it before it flew off my head.

Oh by the way, the kid was a bit of an idiot, I have to admit. If he really wanted his cap so bad he should have waited until the end of the day when the ride wasn't travelling around the track at 60 MPH and inevitably decapitate him.

I'll bet all the family really needs right now is a shoulder to cry on.
