Well, today I went looking to rent/buy Resident Evil: Outbreak. Checked my local Blockbuster but it was all out of it for rent and buy. I went and checked out another Blockbuster a little ways away, they had several copies for sale for $35. I though ok I guess thats an ok price for it.

As I am walking up to the counter I see a big sign for the Trade In Deal. Asked one of the guys there and he said I could get it for $10 if I traded in ANY TWO GAMES. Thats right, Any Two games not like EBGames who are only interested in the latest games. So I immediately drive home as quick as possible, grabbed two games I could care less about(Madden 2001, Kinetica). Drove back to Blockbuster, gave the guy both the games and $10 for Resident Evil:Outbreak. Guess what, it gets even better, the games I turned in ALSO count as in store credit!!(Madden $1, Kinetica $2), So I just applied it to RE:O and I got the game for just $7 and at the same time I got rid of 2 games I could care less about.

I'm gonna go back there later and try to trade in some more games. If anyone has extra games lying around I DEFINITELY recommend doing this.

Is this at all Blockbusters? It seems like this would be a losing deal for them.

not really, melt down the cds of shite games and make robots out of them

does sound like a good deal! :D

"I could care less about _____" is a stupid phrase that means nothing. You could care less about almost anything... especially things you like.

"I couldn't care less about _____" means it is not possible to care about it any less because you already have no emotional attachment whatsoever.

Who cares, it gets though point across. No reason to be nitpicky.

Try saying something like "you could look more beautiful" or "you could be less fat" to your girlfriend and then say:

Amazing the difference "n't" can make. Heh.

Point is, most people do say "I could care less" because it's habit. People hear others say it, so they do the same, and it makes sense. Anyways, would you say "you couldn't be less fat" to your girlfriend?
