CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH. So sweet and delicious you can eat them by the handful. No one can deny this.

I almost posted cinnamon toast crunch, then remembered about captain crunch, which is slightly better.

although, this is rather ironic: I usually buy the cheap-ripoff cereals. And they usually taste the same (or even better!) than the original cereals. In fact, all of them do, except for one- yep, the captain crunch rip-off. How cruel.

Fruity Pebbles gives your milk skin.

I like all cereal.

I've been on a Lucky Charms kick for a while now. Frosted Flakes are pretty good too. :)

I've always been partial to Cinnamon Life for some reason...

Those are all empty starch and sugar cereals. You'd get more nutrients eating the cardboard box and you'd be half as likely to get a cavity from it.

Oh no it's the nutrition police.

Because most of those rip-off brands are made in the same factories. (IIRC)

Also, there is a generic brand in Australia called "Home Brand" they litteraly buy product off other companies when they have too much. You can basically buy Tim Tams for alot cheaper! :D

EDIT: As for myself, I don't really have a favourite cereal. One, because I don't usually eat cereal or breakfast and two, we don't have as much brands of sugary-crap as the Americans!
