Why the hell would I spend this much money (American money to be exact,) to buy an X360? Why can't we buy the system seperatly. Another link that gets me even more frustrating:

Finally, there's the Xbox Ultimate bundle, where $1,199.83 nets you the same things in the Gold bundle, plus Quake 4, Tony Hawk's American Wasteland, GUN, Condemned, and Madden NFL 06.

This pisses me off. I'm certainly not going to buy an X360, if they sell this. :flame:

Im defenently buying 360, but not games included. Pre-Ordered the Core system without any games etc, ill buy later. First game im going to buy is Starwars Episode III =)

Just order it off Amazon... Nobody's forcing you to buy from EB or Gamestop... Chances are, it'll just work out easier from Amazon too.

meh I'll just wait till both consoles drop by anout $100 ...about a year or so after release ...most xbox360 games will also come out on pcs so I wont miss much

I'm going to wait a few months for it to drop to around $200-$250. I'll split the cost with my roomate. PC gaming is okay but the fact you can't play 2 player ruins it for me when friends are over.

I thought so too ...but there are very few co-op games for consoles (dont know about ps2 or gamecube) but my friend and I struggle to find decent co-op games for the xbox ...any other form of mp is out of the question (DM etc) ...I'd wipe the floor with him and he gets frustrated easily ...in one particular game (I think it was a bond game) we played DM, he had a rocket launcher and I had a pistol ...I kicked his ass repeatedly

EBGames always has these super deals, that are so expensive. Happens every time.

Oh, and I bet you will cry once Sony reveals the PS3 price, because Kutagi said that you will have to sell your first born child to afford one lol... They just went right out and said it was going to be expensive, so I'm guessing the core PS3 will be like 600 bucks!

but if you want to get the 20 gig hard drive ($99) and you get the core ($299) it would = about the same as the other package...damn microsoft
