What happened to Dimitri and Michelle?
Dimitri is still there, you just need to do other shit so you can make money, you don't worry about him so much. Michelle is just done as a story character.

Why is almost every citizen armed now?
Maybe because Dimitri is in power of the Russian Mob, he sells alot of guns, and cheap?

Who is in Switzerland?
The other guy you are supposed to be looking for (in the storyline)

How could Switzerland man set me up when he is in Switzerland?
A Phone call now, but he set you up in the war.

Probably not...

Where is Roman and his car service?
Roman is kicking around. Go play darts or go drinking with him, you have a cell phone. His car service is burnt.. Although it's odd you can still call for a cab. Maybe he works out of his house, and makes the drivers park their cabs at their houses.

When did I get set up?
When Dimitri made you kill that one guy. (Vlad I think)

Does this have anything to do with Vlad?
