I started working out a few weeks ago and started a membership at a place called Xsport fitness its open 24 hours and i am trying to get bigger.

Anyways a few days ago i started useing the ball thingy and its alot of fun and i only tried it a few times and i am almost perfect at it people watch me as i do it , i just cant fugure out what its called here is a pic i drew up that might help you out . What is it called???
