Its the Prima Strategy Guide Sampler. Like a chapter or two of the full one, it might have a preview of the Raising the Bar book, but I'm not sure, I got Gold Edition.

yes it is a sampler book.

if you can buy it over steam I suggest you do that, not a very good deal at all for the CE.
