I don't read them, but when I was bored I dled a online game and the EULA said on the 30 somethingth line that they had the power to all my user information and other assets including but not limited to social security number and e-mail, my soul, and my firstborn. :laugh:

I emailed them, and they quickly looked into it and told me one of their programmers put that in as a joke. (duh)
 
I also remember that in one version of MSN Messenger there was a line that would have forced you to defend Microsoft and/or its employees in a court.

See what I mean? They are so not allowed to do that.
