I saw G-Man in this level...

Probably not the greatest find ever, but here it is. I was in my airboat thingy and while i was cruising by, i saw g-man looking at me while holding his briefcase. After i passed by he walked into a small room. I even have a picture which i took(through print screen). He is in the top left corner of the screen. Here it is

And here he is again in the same level. and sorry if this is like 2 years old, im just finding cool things out for the first time. I used a crossbow and peeked around the corner. I also used noclip and it seems like he just dissapeared, like kacation_man said.

Congratulations on discovering some of the nicer points of HL2 yourself . Of course, all G-Man sightings were well-known about a week after HL2 was released, but it's satisfying to find them yourself.

Mind you, the ones in Water Hazard (at least these two) are among the easiest. See how many time you can spot the G-Man later! He is, uh, trickier to spot in certain other chapters.

I think he was just noting that even though storyline-wise the G-Man couldn't possible appear, it still took away from the all around aura of the game.

You probably already knew it and just confused because that part of the game hardly resembles "We Don't Go to Ravenholm". And no, no G-man in "dark" parts of that level.

I never did remember to screenshot that "gman with umbrella" graffiti and put it under "other". You see it in more than one place IIRC.

I liked the one where you seen him on the security monitors in Kleiner's Lab.

And there was that one part, I think it was Anticitizen One, where you go into a building and then enter a destroyed room filled with rocks, see a TV placed perfectly on the rocks, and it looks like GMan standing on a hillside with his tie blowing in the wind, then the TV turns off.
Maybe it was just a random TV image, but it sure looked like GMan.

Yeah, maybe we merely wanna seek the truth, but if we actually knew, we'd pretend we didn't. That's what makes HL half-life^^
So, has anybody seen the gman in any place like that we know from that beta vid? The author told me the room was still there, but I doubt the gman is in it in the retail.
