hey everyone, i was wondering how to reset my key code, i had to re-format my hard drive from a virus now the game wont allow me to play it says i have to pay but i have already paid, and i played it b4 on this computer but i dont remember the old password or account on wich i used, if u could provide a tech number or know how to help i would appreciate it alot, thankyou

I had the same trouble with CS:CZ...worked eventually but I kept trying...
I would contact Valve, who should give you a new one.

EDIT: And since when was I a fast headcrab!? When did it happen!?

Follow that link. But, instead of saying it's hijacked, just tell the truth and say you forgot it. Now give them all the information that is in that link and other stuff that you might think is important (e-mail addresses, etc)
