Don't forget about this YTMND: http://callingoncomputer.ytmnd.com/ I have tried using that and it does work and is free. It's a robotic voice that just repeats what you typed in. Roughly 2 seconds pass when you hit submit and your phone rings. :eek:

I think it will be wise for the site hoster to ban all Government phone numbers and forbid the same phone number from being rolled more than twice.
