how do you know?! has he told you?

If you view the Half-Life 1 Gman model in a model viewing program like Milkshape 3D, you can move the camera inside his briefcase (it's hollow) and look at the contents.

No,a bug in the game, when you hold the sight on the weapon in a special way, and the G-man is there. Then you are able to look thru his briefcase and see what in contains.

I've done that before and the only thing i saw in there was some papers... and a copy of Bear magazine :-D

The G-Man is the reason Im getting HL2.
the more I know about his character the better.

I would think child pornography or something equally disgusting. Possibly pictures of scientists like poor cute Walter slowly being ripped apart by tentacles.

He's also got an ID card or tablet pc with his picture on it in there.

And the gman is waay above fighting people/aliens. It's just part of his character - he's planned for every possible contingency.

But doesn't the G-Man work for the government - why should he be holding a black mesa research facility suitcase????!???

More confused that ever now?!?

Hah.. I wanted to kill him too. I remember the first time I noclipped through one of the glass doors to go beat him up. I was so pissed that I couldn't do anything but make sparks on him. I want a force shield like him for hl2.

Well I don't think we know just who he works for yet...
The Administrator? Whoever that may be.
The G-Man is obviously in some position of rank within the controllers of Black Mesa so I guess thats why he has the suitcase.

That bmrf symbol rocks, if Valve do make a HL2 t-shirt (yeah discussed already) that should be on it, even though it relates more to hl1 :)

The G-Man's cool, I love everything about him and the way he talks and looks in HL2.. He's not evil.. He's badass.

:D

Isn't that symbol just from Lamber Complex?

I think it's Lambda complex, i could be wrong.

I'm pretty sure that this did just represent the lambda complex, but eventually it grew to represent HL. The only problem is that it also represents the gay and lesbian society. So if you were seen wearing a shirt with that symbol on, and somebody who knew about the gay/lesbian society but nothing of HL saw you with it on...yeah i wouldn't like that. But still it's an awesome logo...

From what I've read it is basically the greek letter for L, and it stands for liberation, that's why most homosexual organisations use it as a symbol.

So HL == Homo Liberation? And Gordon is their champion? Usually gay icons are much snappier dressers.

Wow, I'm sure most people didn't know that. I sure didn't.

Oh, well, at least I can still wear my HL shirt. :naughty:
